All hunts include guide, food and lodging while at lodge or in camps, field preparation of trophies and transportation of trophies back to Kodiak. 

Hunting license, permits, tags, and possible charter flights and native permits are additional.

Please remember, all Kodiak Brown Bear hunts, except the Registration Hunt is a draw. To apply for Spring and Fall hunt applications, they need to be submitted in November. The Mountain Goat, as well as most Roosevelt Elk tags are drawing permits and must be applied for in November and issued by the Alaska Department of Fish and Game. Non residents of the State of Alaska must have a guide/ client contract in place with a Registered  guide before applying for a Brown Bear or Mountain Goat Tag. You must also participate in a guided hunt, as mandated by the State.

We request a good faith deposit to complete your reservation and the remainder is due thirty days before your arrival.

In the event of cancellation by the client more than 120 days prior to the start of our hunting season, deposits shall be transferred to another hunt with us. In the event of a cancellation less than 120 days prior our hunt season, deposit shall be forfeited. In the event we must cancel a hunt due to failure on our part, the deposit shall be returned unless you elect to apply it to another hunt with us.

Please know weather can delay or hinder your stay anywhere in Alaska. 

If you decide to cancel your trip due to Alaskan weather delays while traveling to hunt camp, we will do our best to work with you to reschedule your trip later in the year or the following year.  We cannot roll your deposit into any year beyond the next year and will retain your deposits if our schedules do not coordinate.

• If you choose to depart early because of bad weather forecasted for the coming days, you will not be refunded for the days missed.
• Finally, if your departure from our Hunt camp is delayed due to weather, we will not charge extra for the time spent here at the camp.
